Privacy policy
What this site collects, who else sees it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

What this site collects
- Pageviews and clicks, through Plausible Analytics. It is cookieless and runs on our own server at plausible.nilni.com. We see which pages are read, which links are clicked and where visitors come from. We don’t see names, email addresses or anything you type.
- Nothing else. This site has no forms, no accounts, no ad pixels and no tracking cookies, and it stores nothing in your browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads.
The quote form
- The “Get quotes” and “Contact us” buttons open a form hosted by Makeform (makeform.ai), not by this site. What you enter there goes to Makeform and to us. Makeform’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.
- We may send your request to licensed builders that fit your city and project. Tell us if you don’t want that.
How we use it
- To answer you, to correct our pages, and to pass your request to builders you asked about.
- To see which pages help, so we can improve them.
- We don’t sell personal information.
Your choices
- California residents can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about them. Use the contact link and choose privacy. We may need to confirm it is you first.
- You can block Plausible with your browser or an ad blocker. The site works the same.
Keeping data and changes
- We keep form requests only as long as we need them to answer you and to keep records of corrections.
- If this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
